Investment goals
Together with you as investor we create an investment plan setting your investment goals and desired return.
Planning
The second step in the project process is setting up the project planning. This planning will hold the entire project from searching the appropriate property until completion of the desired investment goals.
Object search
We as your local partner know the Dutch real estate market at best. We have many local contacts and know what is currently available, or will soon become available. We are specialised in locating the best properties. In this stage we will use all our expertise to locate your property.
Financing
After having located and locked the perfect property for the investment we enter into the financial aspect of the trade. Again we take full responsibility on this part. According to the agreed conditions set up during the planning phase we enter into the negotiation phase with various financial institutes. You as investor will be informed constantly throughout this process.
Architectural planning
Together with our architect construction and renovation plans are drawn. These construction and renovation plans are used for both the financing as well as future construction after purchase. These alterations on the property are done with the sole purpose of increasing the value, sustainability and general usage of the property for the future.
Permits en legal aspects
Both the architectural planning permits and legal documentation are handled by our legal department.. When entering into construction, renovation work and possibly re-purposing properties many different legal aspects must be taken into account. The Netherlands is strict on the legal paperwork and everything must arranged proper. If the legal documentation and permits are not arranged perfectly long delays and disappointments will arise, making potential visions impossible.
Construction & Renovation
We have managed many different construction and renovation projects within the Netherlands. Throughout our experiences we gained a wide network of high quality contractors capable of preforming every construction and renovation work. We will take full responsibility for the construction and renovation on your investment, making sure that all agreed goals are met.
Sale / Renting out.
The last phase of the investment project will either be selling the property or filling it with renters. It will be our responsibility to find the right buyers or tendencies.
